Because yesterday was a recovery day from Easter Sunday, I decided to make spaghetti for dinner.
Today I am cleaning the kitchen and the forty dishes produced by making and "easy" meal of spaghetti!

Um, it I had thought of making spaghetti for dinner tonight...then I change my mind! That's too much work!
Spaghetti is one of our weekly meals, and it never fails to be one of the messiest. I usually find little piles or pieces of it somewhere strange after dinner - like in the blinds or on the lightswtich. Or my favorite - tiny red sauce fingerprints on MY clothes.
The best laid plans . . .
