Hey, I understand completely! We drive a mini-van (which is huge by English standards - 8 seater) and the diesel we use went up to £1.36 a litre!!!!! (That is somewhere over $12 a gallon I believe!!)
This past week I found diesel for £1.24 and was doing a happy dance! It hasn't been below £1.30 for months now. :o)
Last night we saw a gas station offering $3.89. I was ecstatic - especially since I haven't seen three dollars a gallon in over 5 months!
$12/gal - okay - no more complaining from me!

I know, I squealed the last time I saw the #s come down a few more pennies. It's the little things... That is quite the hunka mom-mobile ya got there! :)
